Yoga for Kids - Ages 7-12
Children love to move and stretch and beginning a yoga practice at this age helps build strength and flexibility but also concentration and the skill of following instructions while having fun. Come join us for this six week series of classes that include movement to music in traditional yoga poses , partner yoga, kid friendly meditation and enjoy yoga themed games and crafts. This class is taught by a certified yoga instructor who is also an Ontario Certified teacher.
Fridays starting September 23
