   Plus Size Chair Yoga 
Yoga has many health benefits for both the mind and body.  In this practice traditional yoga poses are adapted to be done mostly seated in the chair or using the chair for stability and  balance.  Chair yoga builds strength, flexibility and range of motion for those who are challenged with mobility, are overweight, injured, recovering from surgery or are pregnant. In this class we spend the first half hour in the chair doing traditional yoga poses and then we move to the mat for a gentle practice.  All props , chairs and mats are provided.  No previous yoga experience is needed
